If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share access or resell content.

3) Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, and site content are owned by INSTINCT Review unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or publish the content without written permission.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break security, or disrupt other users. Automated extraction, reverse engineering, or abuse of rate limits is prohibited.

5) Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate, but exam standards and guidance evolve. Use this platform as practice, not as a guarantee of outcomes.

6) Founding 20 private Beta

Submitting an application does not create an account, provide immediate access, or guarantee selection. Selection is based on the limited testing needs of Founding Class 001 and is not random. No purchase is necessary, and making a purchase does not improve consideration.

Selected participants may receive free, temporary access to unfinished features and may be asked to use the platform, complete short surveys, report problems, and suggest improvements. Features may change, fail, or be removed during testing. Participation may be ended by the participant or INSTINCT Review. A separate invitation is required before access begins.

Public recognition and testimonials are optional, require separate permission, and are never a condition of selection or access. Private Beta participation and practice results do not predict or guarantee NCLEX success or licensure.

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
