No. INSTINCT Review is an independent product. NCLEX® is a trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). The website is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN or another commercial review provider.

No. It is an educational study tool. It does not replace an approved nursing program, clinical supervision, employer policy, provider direction, or professional judgment in patient care.

The experience emphasizes the decision pattern behind an answer: recognizing instability, prioritizing safety, deciding what can be delegated, identifying the most relevant cue, and understanding why a tempting option is not the best action.

Questions are independently authored for INSTINCT Review. They must not be copied from commercial question banks, recalled from an NCLEX examination, or presented as official NCLEX items. Clinical teaching points are documented against traceable, authoritative sources.

The clinical-review workflow is designed for independent review by licensed nurses with different practice backgrounds. Reviewers evaluate clinical accuracy, answer keys, rationales, RN/PN scope, ambiguity, safety, fairness, originality, and source support. A completion checkmark alone does not publish a question.

The public trial currently contains 10 RN and 10 PN questions. The proposed complete-bank targets are 2,000 reviewed RN questions and 1,500 reviewed PN questions, but those are development targets—not claims about current inventory. Paid RN access will remain closed until at least 1,000 clinically approved RN learning questions are available.

Yes. Rationales and remediation are intended to teach practical approaches such as identifying what is being asked, separating stable from unstable findings, applying safety and priority frameworks, and evaluating every option before selecting the best response. The guidance will not use recalled examination content or promise a passing result.

Each pathway is planned as one complete product: its reviewed question bank, rationales, INSTINCT 72, practice and NGN-style activities, CAT-style practice, reports, remediation, Quick Instinct, Daily Instinct, Instinct Circle, and the protected final mastery experience. Essential learning tools will not be divided into paid question packs or premium-rationale upgrades.

INSTINCT 72 is an included three-day priority-review pathway—not a separate purchase. Day 1 focuses on priority decisions, Day 2 on medication safety and high-risk clinical care, and Day 3 on timed integration and next-step remediation. Its milestones save separately for each signed-in account on that device. It is focused educational review, not a pass guarantee or official NCLEX readiness prediction.

Quick Instinct is the planned pocket-style study guide with rapid-review cards, visual learning, anatomy support, and short cram quizzes. Daily Instinct is the planned opt-in daily question experience. Its current website page is an interactive preview, not an active push-notification service.

It will simulate useful adaptive-practice behaviors, such as adjusting difficulty and balancing content areas, but it will not be the official NCLEX algorithm and will not reproduce the examination. Practice results are educational feedback, not an official readiness prediction or guarantee.

Yes. The website is being designed for modern mobile and desktop browsers. An installable web-app experience and supported notifications are planned closer to final product testing; native app-store availability has not been announced.

During an unfinished trial, progress may be stored in that browser so the session can be resumed. When a signed-in student completes a trial, the attempt and answer results can be saved securely to the student dashboard. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

No. Paid access and checkout are intentionally disabled while the reviewed banks and product safeguards are being completed. The final price, access duration, renewal terms, and refund rules will be published before any payment is accepted.

No. The pricing principle is one complete purchase per pathway. INSTINCT Review will not sell required question packs, premium rationales, lives, energy, tokens, or surprise unlocks. A clearly priced access extension or an optional RN + PN combination may be considered as a genuinely separate choice.

Stripe-supported card payments and Apple Pay are planned for final launch testing. Bitcoin and Ether are also under consideration as separate, clearly disclosed options. No payment method is active today, and availability may depend on security, legal, tax, and processing review.

No responsible review product can guarantee an examination result. Performance depends on many factors, including nursing knowledge, preparation, judgment, test-day conditions, and the official examination. INSTINCT Review will not advertise unsupported pass-rate or equivalence claims.

New accounts use an email-confirmation link to verify the address. If a password is forgotten, the login page provides a time-limited email reset flow. Never share a confirmation, reviewer, or password-reset link with another person.

No. The planned Instinct Circle experience is invitation-only and does not require collecting social-media passwords or importing private contacts. Please review the Privacy Policy for the current data practices and controls.

Yes. The site uses responsive layouts, keyboard-accessible controls, meaningful labels, and alternative text where applicable. A broader independent accessibility and mobile-device review remains on the prelaunch checklist.
