How we handle your information

1) Account and learning information

Where account features are available, INSTINCT Review may store account identifiers, profile information, practice activity, study progress, and security records needed to provide and protect the service. Public marketing pages do not create an account merely because they are viewed.

2) Founding 20 private Beta applications

The private Beta application collects the applicant’s name, email, expected NCLEX month, optional school and region, first-time or repeat test-taker status, stated preparation challenge, reason for applying, and communication consent. We use this information to review applications, make selection decisions, communicate about the Beta, operate the limited testing group, and maintain an administrative audit history.

The application does not request payment information, passwords, nursing license numbers, patient information, or clinical records. Applicants should not enter any of those items. Application data is available only through protected administrative access and is retained only as reasonably needed for selection, communications, security, records, and withdrawal handling. You may request withdrawal or deletion, subject to legal and security record requirements, by contacting us.

3) Limited product analytics

The private Beta page may record limited first-party events such as a page view, application-button click, application start, and successful submission. These events use a temporary random session identifier and do not include the applicant’s answers or email address.

4) Cookies and session storage

Cookies may be used for authentication and session security. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
